Who we are

Weave is a product of DJX Labs, part of the Jalebi Collective. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Weave” refer to DJX Labs. “You” refers to anyone using this website or engaging us for work.

Our registered address, company number and contact details are set out at the end of this page.

Using this site

You may browse this site, share links to it, and use the information here to evaluate whether Weave is right for your project.

You may not copy substantial parts of the site, scrape it at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, or use it in a way that disrupts other visitors.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice.

Our work for you

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Prices, timelines and block specifications shown here are indicative and subject to a written proposal.

Where we do work for you, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate agreement — a statement of work, a purchase order, or a master services agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with anything on this page, the agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual property

The Weave name, the LoomOS platform, the block library, and the underlying software, designs and documentation remain our property. Engaging us for a project grants you a licence to use them for that project, not ownership of them.

Content you supply — your collection material, brand assets, scripts, photography and audio — remains yours. You grant us the licence we need to use it in delivering your project.

Where we want to show your project in our portfolio, we will ask you first.

Third-party content

This site may link to sites we do not control, including those of partners and clients. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Some blocks integrate third-party hardware and software. Those components carry their own terms and warranties, which we will identify at proposal stage.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, and loss of data arising from your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies. Where a change is material and affects an active engagement, we will tell you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
