Yes. During the open beta, Studio includes selected templates that you can adapt for different campaigns. AI-powered templates and features may require credits.

What if a campaign needs a completely new interaction?

Discuss custom design and development with DJX Labs. Work beyond the available Block options can be scoped as a separate service.

What should we prepare before choosing a Block?

Bring the audience, visitor action, screen dimensions, available hardware, content samples and launch date. Confirm the template and setup before buying equipment or committing to a delivery schedule.

What does beta access include?

Selected Studio templates are available during beta. Confirm whether your chosen experience is included. AI-powered options may require credits. Hardware, fabrication, content production and installation are separate.

Can we operate without a reliable internet connection?

Studio content management is local. Discuss the chosen Player configuration, licensing and any AI services before promising offline operation. Player analytics requires online connectivity; test the intended setup at the venue.
